David Chukwudi was born in New York to Nigerian parents. He currently lives in Sacramento, California, where he attends Sacramento City College. He plans to transfer next summer to Sacramento State University where he will study law. He loves swimming, writing songs, helping people and doing community service, reading the Bible, and playing soccer. His parents wanted him to remember my roots so he was taken to Nigeria when he was a baby and came back to the States as a young man in 2011. Growing up in Calabar, he saw a lot of homeless people and decided to be beneficial to his community. When he arrived back in the States, he met an old friend and together started a NGO for the homeless and since 2011 it has been a blessing. His main goal is to give back what he can to his community, especially the homeless because he recognizes how hard it is to function without a roof over one's head. He believes it will be a blessing if he could set up a shelter where clothes and food will be given out to those in need.

Manuel Kamche
Manuel Kamche moved to the states two and a half years ago after graduating from high school in order to pursue his education. Ten months after he left his country, his father passed away, making things more difficult, not only financially, but also psychologically and mentally. Upon the guidance of God, and the help of his family, he has managed to stay focus on his goals and will proudly graduate with an Associate degree in Mathematics by the end of the Fall 2014. He has often been a person that others could rely on and see as a leader. He believes Mr. Africa USA would not only give him the opportunity to spread his wings but also to help him in the process of making our dear continent (Africa) become a better place. Manuel suffers from sickle cell anemia which is a incurable disease that mainly affects Africans. Being a victim of the disease, he can definitely attest that the sickle cell anemia is not being talked about as it should, considering the fact that it is destroying a lot of families and killing a lot of children. Therefore, he feels it is his duty to raise awareness of the disease as much as possible in order to save lives.
